Cleanlist.ai uses a simple, transparent credit-based pricing model. You only pay for what you use.

Credit Costs

Email Enrichment

• 1 credit per email address enriched
• Includes email validation and verification
• Uses our waterfall enrichment system to find the best email

Phone Enrichment

• 10 credits per phone number enriched
• Includes phone validation and verification
• Uses our waterfall enrichment system to find the best phone number

How Credits Work

1. Purchase Credits: Subscribe to a plan or purchase credits as needed
2. Enrich Leads: Credits are deducted when enrichment is successful
3. Failed Enrichment: No credits charged if we can't find the information
4. Waterfall System: We try multiple providers to find your data, but you only pay once

Credit Usage Examples

Example 1: Email Only Enrichment

If you enrich 100 leads with email only:

• Cost: 100 credits (1 credit × 100 emails)

Example 2: Phone Only Enrichment

If you enrich 50 leads with phone numbers only:

• Cost: 500 credits (10 credits × 50 phones)

Example 3: Email + Phone Enrichment

If you enrich 100 leads with both email and phone:

• Cost: 1,100 credits
  • Email: 100 credits (1 credit × 100)
  • Phone: 1,000 credits (10 credits × 100)

Monitoring Credit Usage

• View your current credit balance in the dashboard header
• Get notifications when credits are running low
• Download usage reports from the Plans page
• Set up automatic top-ups to never run out

Refund Policy

• Credits are refunded automatically if enrichment fails
• No charges for duplicate enrichment attempts
• Contact support for billing questions
