Steps
Buy the deal on AppSumo
Purchase your chosen Cleanlist tier on AppSumo. After checkout, your code/license appears on your AppSumo Products page.
Click "Redeem" / "Access" on AppSumo
From your AppSumo purchase, click the button to access Cleanlist. AppSumo securely hands your license off to Cleanlist — you don't need to copy a key manually.
Sign in or create your workspace
You'll land on Cleanlist's activation page. Sign in to an existing workspace or create a new one. Your AppSumo license is linked to that workspace.
You're activated
Your tier's one-time credits, team seats, and contact-list limits are applied immediately, and your monthly refill begins on a 30-day cycle from this moment. Head to https://portal.cleanlist.ai (opens in a new tab) to start enriching.
Redemption window
You have at least 60 days from the date of purchase to redeem your AppSumo code. We recommend redeeming right away so your monthly credit cycle starts and your one-time credits are available.
Inviting your team
Your tier determines how many team members you can invite (1 seat on Tiers 1-3; 5 seats on Tiers 4-5). Invite teammates from your workspace settings in the portal (opens in a new tab).
Troubleshooting activation
- Credits/limits not applied? Confirm you reached Cleanlist by clicking through from AppSumo (not by signing up separately), and that you're in the workspace the license was linked to.
- Wrong workspace? A license links to one workspace. If you linked the wrong one, contact support before doing anything else.
- License already linked elsewhere? Each AppSumo license can be linked to a single Cleanlist workspace. If you see an "already linked" message, email support@cleanlist.ai.
