For AppSumo customers. This section is the complete description of the Cleanlist.ai AppSumo lifetime deal: credits, seats, limits and features. If a capability is not listed here as included, it is not part of the AppSumo deal.
Cleanlist on AppSumo
Cleanlist.ai is available on AppSumo as a lifetime deal in seven tiers. You pay once and keep access to the features in your deal.
Every AppSumo tier gives you:
- A one-time credit bucket that never expires. It unlocks 60 days after you activate (when AppSumo's refund window closes).
- A monthly credit refill every 30 days, starting the day you activate. Monthly credits are use-it-or-lose-it: unused monthly credits are forfeited at the next refill.
- Team seats and list limits that grow with your tier.
- The included features: waterfall enrichment, the browser extension, CSV import and export, validation, the Research, Qualification and Custom skills, 50 searches a month, and MCP (Connect to Claude).
Credits are not contacts. A credit is a unit of work, and actions cost different amounts: finding an email costs 1 credit, a phone costs 10, so a full contact (email + phone) costs 11. A 2,000-credit balance is about 2,000 email finds or about 180 full contacts. Credits are one pooled balance shared by your whole workspace. See Credits & Refills.
Your tier is your plan
Each AppSumo tier is its own lifetime plan, separate from Cleanlist's self-serve plans. Your tier sets your credits, seats and list limits, and tiers 5, 6 and 7 add API keys and the CRM integration (HubSpot and Salesforce). The tier table in Plans & Pricing and What's Included are the source of truth for what each tier includes.
Not in the deal
Newer Cleanlist products are separate from the AppSumo deal: Clu, Clu in Slack, Agents, Sequences, Knowledge, workspace connectors (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Airtable, Notion, Fathom), Employment check, and the People and Companies directory pages. See Not in the Deal.
