Getting Started

Welcome to Cleanlist.ai! This guide will help you get started with enriching your lead lists quickly and efficiently.

Quick Start

1. Register and Onboarding

  1. Visit app.cleanlist.ai (opens in a new tab) and sign up for an account
  2. Complete the onboarding workflow to set up your organization
  3. Once onboarding is complete, you'll be directed to the main dashboard

2. Choose Your Enrichment Plan

Navigate to the Plans page to select a subscription plan that fits your needs:

  • Credit-based pricing: Pay only for what you use
  • Email enrichment: 1 credit per email
  • Phone enrichment: 10 credits per phone number
  • All plans include access to our waterfall enrichment technology

3. Create Your First Lead List

There are multiple ways to get leads into Cleanlist.ai:

Manual Enrichment

  1. Click "Manual Enrichment" from the dashboard
  2. Enter lead information (name, company, location, etc.)
  3. Select which fields you want to enrich (email, phone, or both)
  4. Choose whether to save to an existing list or create a new one
  5. Click "Enrich" to start the process

Bulk Enrichment (CSV Import)

  1. Prepare a CSV file with your leads
  2. Click "Bulk Enrichment" from the dashboard
  3. Upload your CSV file
  4. Map the columns from your CSV to Cleanlist.ai fields
  5. Select enrichment options
  6. Choose a lead list to save results to
  7. Start the enrichment process

CRM Integrations

  • Connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to automatically sync leads
  • Configure integration settings in the Integrations page
  • Set up automatic enrichment workflows

4. Monitor Enrichment Progress

  • View real-time progress on the lead list page
  • Enrichment status updates automatically via WebSocket connections
  • Download enriched data when complete

5. Use Smart Agents

Smart Agents use AI to extract custom information from LinkedIn profiles:

  1. Navigate to a lead list
  2. Click "Add Smart Agent"
  3. Define what information you want to extract
  4. Select which leads to process (all, first 10, first 20, or custom count)
  5. Monitor progress and view results in real-time
