Manual Enrichment Guide

Manual enrichment allows you to quickly enrich individual contacts by entering their information directly. Perfect for quick lookups, small batches, or enriching specific high-value prospects.

Overview

Best for:

  • Single contact enrichment
  • Quick lookups during sales calls
  • High-value prospect research
  • Small batches (1-20 contacts)
  • Testing enrichment before bulk upload

Credits:

  • Email: 1 credit per successful enrichment
  • Phone: 10 credits per successful enrichment
  • No charge for failed enrichments

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Manual Enrichment

  1. Navigate to Manual Enrichment from the dashboard
  2. Or click Enrich → Manual from the top menu

2. Enter Lead Information

Required fields (minimum one):

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name

Optional fields (improve match rates):

  • Job Title
  • Location (City, State, Country)
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Company Domain
  • Email (for phone enrichment only)
  • Phone (for email enrichment only)

Tips for best results:

  • More information = better match rates
  • LinkedIn URL gives highest accuracy
  • Full names work better than nicknames
  • Include middle initials if known

3. Select Enrichment Type

Choose what to find:

Email Only (1 credit)

  • Find and verify business email
  • Fastest and most affordable
  • ~80% success rate

Phone Only (10 credits)

  • Find direct dial or mobile number
  • Includes carrier and line type info
  • ~50% success rate

Both Email and Phone (11 credits)

  • Complete contact information
  • Best for sales outreach
  • Recommended for key prospects

4. Choose Lead List

Add to existing list:

  • Select from dropdown (recently created shown first)
  • Lead added to list after enrichment
  • Duplicate checking applied

Create new list:

  • Enter list name
  • Optionally add description
  • List created with this lead

Don't save to list:

  • View results only
  • Not saved for later
  • Good for quick lookups

5. Click "Enrich"

Processing:

  • Takes 2-5 seconds on average
  • Real-time status updates
  • Credits deducted only if successful

Already have an email or phone? Validate it:

Email validation:

  • Enter email in the email field
  • Leave enrichment checkboxes empty
  • Click "Validate"
